Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where you and your therapist work together to understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be getting in the way of living the life you want. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, you'll explore what's troubling you — whether that's stress, relationships, life transitions, anxiety, depression, or something harder to name — and develop new ways of coping and relating. There's no single "right" way to do therapy; the approach is tailored to you and what you need.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain heal from painful or traumatic experiences — without requiring you to talk through them in detail. Using guided eye movements or gentle bilateral stimulation, EMDR allows distressing memories to lose their emotional grip, so you can move forward without feeling stuck in the past. It's effective for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and more, and many clients find relief more quickly than they expect.
OCD
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is a chronic condition that is very treatable. With the right support, individuals can experience significant relief and reclaim their quality of life. Treatment is tailored specifically to OCD and centers on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tailored to OCD. Alongside therapy, psychoeducation helps individuals and their families better understand OCD — how it works, why it persists, and how to respond to it differently. Motivational coaching further empowers clients to build confidence, stay committed to their treatment goals, and move forward with purpose. Recovery is possible, and you don't have to face it alone.
Consulting
Sometimes you're not looking for ongoing
therapy — you just need a focused conversation with an experienced clinician to help you think through a situation, understand your options, or figure out your next step. Whether you're navigating a difficult decision, concerned about a loved one, or unsure where to turn, a consultation session offers professional guidance in a supportive, confidential setting.
